No. When a PSN account logs into the game, it automatically registers a Gryphline Account. Therefore, under Settings → Platform & Account → User Center → Link Email, you can only link an email that is not registered as a Gryphline Account.
It is recommended to use a PSN account that has never logged into the game and complete the linking through the pop-up shown at first launch.
