If you are unable to log in with a third-party account (Apple, Facebook, Google), please first contact the customer support of that third-party service for assistance. 
If the issue persists, try the following steps first: 
1. Log in using your Gryphline Account and password. 
2. Try logging in with another linked third-party account. 
Wait for a while and then try again. 

To unlink a third-party account from your Gryphline Account, please try unlinking it yourself first through the Gryphline Account Center: 
1. Go to the [Gryphline Account Center] and log in with your current account. 
2. If you haven't linked an email yet, link one to your Gryphline Account first for account security before continuing. 
3. Click [Linked Accounts], select the third-party account you wish to unlink, then click [Unlink] > [Get verification code]. A code will be sent to your currently linked email. 
4. Enter the verification code, then go to the corresponding third-party authorization page and follow the instructions to complete the unlinking process. 

If the issue persists, provide us with the following information and we'll help you unlink your account: 
- The Gryphline Account ID you wish to unlink 
- The email linked to your Gryphline Account 
- The third-party platform you wish to unlink 
- The third-party account you wish to unlink 
- A screenshot of your Gryphline Account Center 
- Any additional proof of account ownership (if available)
