You can visit the Gryphline Account Center to cancel your Gryphline Account. Please note that once the cancellation process begins, your account will be placed under a 14-day freeze during which you will not be able to log in to any of our applications. 

Once the freeze period ends, all personal data associated with your Gryphline Account, including data from all games and applications, will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Please consider this carefully. 

If you still wish to cancel your Gryphline Account, please follow these steps: 
1. Go to the Gryphline Account Center at https://user.GRYPHLINE.com/login.
2. Log in and select [Cancel Account]. 
3. Read the Gryphline Account Cancellation Notice. 
4. Check and agree to the Account Cancellation Agreement. 
5. Click [Get verification code] and follow the instructions to complete account cancellation. 

Reminders:
- To check the remaining freeze time or withdraw your cancellation request, log into the Gryphline Account Center again with your account. A pop-up will display the remaining freeze time and give you the option to withdraw the cancellation request.
- If you have changed your password, updated your linked email, or submitted an cancellation request within the last 14 days, you will not be able to proceed with account cancellation.
