Please check your Promotions or Spam folder. Also, depending on your email provider, there may be a delay in receiving the notification. If you still haven't received it, you can download the game from the official website and try logging in with the Gryphline Account that was granted test access. 

If you see a message saying "This account has not been granted test access," please contact us with the following information: 

1. Gryphline Account ID (go to the Arknights: Endfield official website > click [LOG IN] in the top right > open [Account Center] to find your ID) 
2. A screenshot of the Check Access page on the official website 
3. The email address you provided in the recruitment survey
